No additives—meaning no added sugar, flavorings, or other ingredients—are used; instead, only the water is removed via a vacuum process. This provides the crunch. And they remain sweet nonetheless, as the fruits naturally contain fructose.
In our practical resealable packaging or our beautiful refill jars, the (freeze-)dried fruits stay fresh and crunchy for several months. They don't need to be kept in the fridge for this. It is best to store the snack packs in a dark, dry place and protect them from moisture and sunlight.
